Body Back® Transformation is an 8-week results-based journey, designed by moms FOR moms. You will focus on your mind and body improving your overall health and well being. The experience includes two 60-minute high-intensity interval workouts (HIIT) per week designed to challenge, empower, and recharge you. Additionally, fitness assessments are completed at the beginning and end of each 8-week session, allowing you to see your progress and celebrate your accomplishments. Nutrition guidance is provided to educate and guide you toward healthy eating habits. The program also includes supplemental online workouts, accountability, and support. This eight-week journey will reconnect you to your inner strength and encourage you to believe in personal transformation.

Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies. It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment.

Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies. It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment. Taught by certified and specially trained fitness instructors, it is a great workout for any level of exerciser. Stroller Strides instructors weave songs and activities into the routine designed to entertain and engage baby, while moms are led through a series of exercises specific to her role as mom.more

A program designed for ALL levels, Run Club allows you to run, walk-to-run, and everything in between. Improve your health and fitness and connect with other moms through two styles of class: Speed Clinics, which are designed to teach proper running form and increase speed and agility, and Long Run Days, which are designed to increase endurance. No running experience is required!

Fit4Baby® is a program designed to strengthen the body for all the changes it will experience during pregnancy. Fit4Baby is designed to accommodate all stages of pregnancy and various fitness levels. The class includes cardio, strength, flexibility, and balance training.

Upcoming Events
December 15th, 8:30a: Jingle Jog in High Point, NC!
Join our Run Club for the Jingle Jog in High Point! Come solo or pack up the family for a Family Fun Run! We'll warm up together, enjoy a group run (walking or interval walk / jog is totally okay!!). We then stretch together, enjoy post-run snacks, and holiday tunes! All kids under 5 years old must be secured in a stroller. Older kids can run with you; you will need to sign a waiver on their behalf.
